It was available during the AFL grand final weekend and the staff had the heater running when we arrived late. The staff were actually quite helpful and friendly.
The room was dirty, and rooms nearby had prostitutes visit throughout the evening.

It was close to where I was doing business. Given a choice I would not stay ther again.
The decor was old and needed to be upgraded. The bathroom was not aceptable at all, far to run down.

Quiet setting, good facilities and minimum of fuss when booking in and checking out. Rooms were kept clean. Proximity of carpark to room was good and easy access to freeway was a big plus.

The grounds were lovely the staff were very nice.
The room we stayed in needed a lot of general maintenance. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the spare blanket was stained, moth eaten and frayed. Nice to hear though that the manager will be doing major renovations soon. It's very needed! The hotel is self rated and I suggest it be rated by a quality assurance associtation. Self rated four star is definately not quality assured four star!!

Location was good. Close to family and friends. Big room, air con, big bathroom. Coffee and tea making facilities and fridge for putting baby's milk in. Very friendly staff. The lady in the morning was very helpful and was quick to come show us how to use the air con. They were able to book a 1 bed spa suite room for my newly wed bother in law at the last minute with champagne included. Loved the new garden area.
Had to move the bed to be closer to the wall for our 1.5 year old. Alot of dust under and at the back of the bed. Would of been good to have bins with lids as our son kept taking rubbish out of them and we had to put them up. The orange light at night outside our room was too bright and made it hard for my son to drift off sleep, so need a better blind. When turned on, the spa bath spat out bits of black mould, so we decided not to use it in the end. Other than that it was ok. All in all, the room really needs a good clean.

Free parking. When asked, I was given a good hair dryer and an adapter for european plug. People were friendly.
Internet did not work in the room. Only outside. There were very few places around to go by foot no restaurant on site. You always have to take a car. To get breakfast You have to order it in advance, I did , but breakfast did never show up. This was, however, not a major problem. I think they simply lost my order. I did not enquire further anyway, since that was not a major question for me. . But this definitely is not a four star place..

Location was good for roads/expressways/tolls roads and shopping. Car park was very convenient.
Room was only cleaned 5 times in 11-day stay, although it was clean on arrival. Restaurant was never open and reception for limited hours only.
